Neuregelung des Umsatzsteuergesetzes für Schülerfirmen erneut verschoben

Liebe Schülerfirmen, liebe Projektbegleitungen,

es gibt Neuigkeiten in Bezug auf das Umsatzsteuergesetz (UstG – § 2b), welches zum 01.01.2025 neugeregelt werden sollte. Die Bundesregierung hat eine erneute Verschiebung der Neuregelung um zwei Jahre beschlossen.

Das bedeutet, dass Schülerfirmen bis zum 31.12.2026 entsprechend den bisherigen Regelungen agieren können.
