Neuregelung des Umsatzsteuergesetzes für Schülerfirmen verschoben

Die Neuregelung des Umsatzsteuergesetztes (UStG – § 2b) wurde auf 2025 verschoben! Ursprünglich war sie zum 01.01.2023 geplant.

Im Bundesrat wurde einer Verschiebung um zwei Jahre zugestimmt. Die Anwendung des neuen § 2b UStG soll nun erst zum 01.01.2025 erfolgen. Damit wird bis einschließlich 31.12.2024 die bisherige Rechtslage fortgeführt.

Das bedeutet, dass Schülerfirmen entsprechend den bisherigen Regelungen agieren können und ihre Umsätze nicht ab dem 01.01.2023 anzeigen müssen.
